A duly filled form available at the school reception is to be submitted with the non-transferable / non-refundable Registration fee with in seven days from the date of issue of form or the last date given,alternatively you can also download the form.

Other Required Documents:

1) A copy of birth certificate, passport size photo ,copy of aadhar card must be attached with school registration form.

2) Photocopy of report card of last school ,Original last school T.C, PEN No of student, UDISE school no,
